Neo's Neverland Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By booking any service or entering the premises of Neo’s Neverland, the customer ("you") acknowledges and agrees to the following waiver and release of liability:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in dog-related activities, whether supervised or unsupervised, carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Dog fights or aggressive behaviour
  
  

• Injuries to or caused by your dog(s)
  
  

• Accidental escape, illness, or unforeseen behavioural reactions
  
  

• Injuries to yourself, other owners, or children in your care
  
  

You voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with the use of Neo’s Neverland services and facilities.

2. Release of Liability
You release, waive, and discharge Neo’s Neverland, its owner, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from:

• Injury or damage to you, your dog(s), or your property
  
  

• Actions of other clients or their dogs
  
  

• Weather-related incidents or natural hazards
  
  

3. Responsibility for Your Dog(s)
You confirm that your dog(s):

• Are non-aggressive and sociable around other dogs and people
  
  

• Are fully vaccinated and in good health
  
  

• Are under your control and supervision unless otherwise specified (e.g., during pick-up & playdates)
  
  

You accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by your dog(s).

4. Indemnity Agreement
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neo’s Neverland from any claims arising out of your or your dog’s actions, including legal fees and damages.

5. Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, you give Neo’s Neverland permission to seek veterinary care for your dog. You agree to cover all associated costs and understand that every effort will be made to contact you prior to treatment.

6. Photography & Media Consent
You consent to Neo’s Neverland using photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
