Neo's Neverland Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By booking any service or entering the premises of Neo’s Neverland, the customer ("you") acknowledges and agrees to the following waiver and release of liability.

1. Responsibility for Your Dog

I agree that I am fully responsible for:

• the behaviour, safety, and actions of my dog(s)

• supervising my dog at all times

• ensuring my dog does not escape, damage equipment, or injure another person or animal

Neo’s Neverland is a private-hire facility. I understand that my dog is under my control at all times.

2. Acceptance of Risk

I understand that:

• dog play, enrichment and off-lead exercise carry natural risks

• equipment (tyres, sand pit, trampoline, agility, ball pit, plastic play house, sniff wall, barn setups, etc.) is used at my own risk

• unpredictable dog behaviour can occur even in safe environments

I accept full responsibility for any injury, incident or accident involving myself, my dog, or members of my booking party.

3. Self-Wash Service

If using the Self-Wash area, I agree that:

• I am solely responsible for handling and restraining my dog

• I will check water temperature before use

• I will keep the dryer away from water and use it safely

• Wet areas may be slippery, and I will take care

• I will not leave my dog unattended at any time

Neo’s Neverland does not provide grooming or bathing unless explicitly stated.

4. Dog Health & Behaviour

I confirm that my dog:

• is healthy and not showing signs of infectious illness

• is vaccinated to my vet’s recommended standard

• is not aggressive or dangerous

I understand that I am liable for any injury, damage or incident caused by my dog.

5. Property Damage

I accept responsibility for any damage caused to the premises or equipment due to misuse or lack of supervision.

6. Personal Belongings

Neo’s Neverland is not responsible for:

• loss or damage to personal items

• damage to vehicles

• injury caused by personal equipment brought into the park

All belongings are brought at my own risk.

7. Media & Photography

Photos and videos taken on-site may be used on Neo’s Neverland social media and marketing.
If I prefer not to be included, I will notify staff before my session.

8. Agreement

By making a booking, attending a session, or entering Neo’s Neverland, I acknowledge and accept this Liability Waiver in full.
