Neo's Neverland Terms and Conditions

By booking any service through Neo’s Neverland ("we", "us", "our"), the customer ("you", "your") confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided under Neo’s Neverland, including but not limited to private hire, walk-in sessions, dog pick-up and playdates, and special events.
1. General Requirements
All bookings must be made via our official website www.neosneverland.co.uk or through approved communication channels.
By booking, you confirm that your dog(s) is/are up to date with vaccinations, flea/worm treatments, and are in good health.
You are fully responsible for your dog(s) while on the premises unless otherwise stated (e.g., during supervised playdates).
2. Park Use and Private Hire
The park is to be used strictly within your allocated time slot. Early entry or late exit may incur an additional fee.
You must clean up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
You agree to use the facilities responsibly and report any damage immediately.
3. Walk-In Thursdays
Walk-in sessions are available some Thursday from 11 AM to 2 PM, at £5 per dog.
These sessions are not exclusive-use, and customers accept that other dogs and owners will be present.
Aggressive behaviour from dogs or humans will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
4. Pick-Up & Playdate Services
All pick-ups are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged.
You grant us permission to transport your dog safely and securely.
We are not liable for any unforeseen incidents that occur en route, though we take every precaution for safety.
Your dog must be sociable and comfortable around other dogs.
5. Safety & Liability
While every effort is made to maintain a secure and safe environment, Neo's Neverland is not liable for injury, loss, or illness sustained during use of our services.
You accept full responsibility for any harm your dog may cause to other dogs, persons, or property.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
In the event we must cancel a service (e.g., due to weather or maintenance), you will be offered a rescheduled session or refund.
7. Photography & Media
We may take photos or videos during your session for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to have your dog featured.
8. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
