Welcome to Neo’s Neverland

A magical dog-play brand built from one blue Staffy, one big idea, and a whole lot of heart.

Neo’s Neverland was created with one goal:
to give every dog in Dumfries a safe, fun, private space where they can play, explore and be themselves — without judgement, crowds or stress.

It started with Neo, my blue Staffy, who has always been the biggest inspiration behind everything I do.
His confidence journey, his love of enrichment, and his need for safe off-lead spaces made me realise just how many dogs (and owners) needed something similar.

What began as one small park in Heathhall has now grown into two unique dog parks, each designed with different dogs — and different lifestyles — in mind.

Who We Are

I’m Hayley, and Neo is the four-legged boss behind it all. Together, we’ve built a place that feels like “kids’ soft play, but for dogs” — secure, fun, and packed with enrichment.

Heathhall - Where It All Began 

Our original park, created from the ground up.
Heathhall gives dogs a full adventure experience with indoor and outdoor spaces, agility equipment, sensory areas, sand pits, ball pits and everything a zoomie-loving dog could dream of.

It’s big, exciting, enriching and perfect for dogs who thrive on movement and exploration.

King Street — Bringing Neverland to Town 

Our newest location, bringing off-lead fun right into the centre of Dumfries.
A short walk from the Whitesands bus stop, King Street is ideal for people who don’t drive or anyone popping into town and wanting a safe place for their dog to play.

Cosy indoor area, outdoor zoomie zone, and a fully equipped grooming room for future services — it’s Neverland, but conveniently central.
